Fokker Services announces order for CRJ700 Executive conversion

Orlando, October 16, 2006

Stork Fokker Services, a subsidiary of Stork Aerospace, have recently won an order to convert a Bombardier CRJ700 regional jet to a full executive version. The converted aircraft will be delivered to an undisclosed customer in the first quarter of 2007.

The aircraft was manufactured in 2005 and is currently in full airline configuration. The conversion entails taking out the complete existing interior and installing a luxurious, three-cabin executive interior with 21 seats certified tor takeoff & landing, all based on an in-house design. The new interior includes new sidewall & ceiling panels, sound proofing materials, SATCOM and ample IFE and Cabin Management systems.

The new executive interior will be certificated by Stork Fokker Services in accordance with EASA as well as FAA regulations. The actual completion will be done at Fokker Services’ newly established Conversion & Completion Center at its Woensdrecht facility in the south of The Netherlands.

With 21 passengers in its spacious 2,100 ft3 (71 m3) cabin the NBAA range is over 2,100 nm (4,100 km).
