I'll play along some since I have a little extra time tonight...

'ever' can be a long time. If their IP is truly fundamental and valuable, and they can convince enough important and influential people of that fact, then they could be a billion dollar company at some point I guess.

After nearly 8 years in the stock (and while I expect to continue holding most of my shares long), I am thinking a lot about the short term lately - like where will we be and what will we know in the next 3-4 months?

If silversurfer is correct, we should hear about the SHM by the end of the month. I think it will be held to coincide with the year-end report... sometime in July following the 10K filing due 06/30/07. If significant IP news hasn’t been released beforehand, I think they might announce something along these lines at the SHM. Before that, my guess is that we’ll hear something about a major order from a new customer or two. The ‘news’ expected by the end of the month will probably (if history holds true) be simply another ‘update’ restating what we’ve already heard along with perhaps a few more hints and promises of more information to come later next quarter. However one always hopes for a major announcement and it seems to me that something like that could be very close even it comes after the update... based on recent price action of course, but also on past statements and the general timeframe we are now in (such as the upcoming WAEA conference in April). I also think a healthcare customer may be announced soon.
