When the ipod concept gets old, and we are already seeing the photo ipod emerge and talk of a video ipod, the market will demand something new, better and different.
If your guess is correct, that still is a big number, but I suspect if it is marketed correctly the numbers will be higher.
Why is it that Jobs is the only one who gets the marketing angle. Even though Creative has dedicated $170 mil towards improved marketing and their CEO stated he ``now gets it``, I have yet to see any high profile attempt to unseat the ipod.
