Aircraft Interiors Expo Asia 2007 – to be staged at the same time as the new Asian Aerospace show in Hong Kong
UKIP Media & Events has confirmed its decision to stage the Aircraft Interiors Expo Asia 2007 event to coincide with the launch of the new Asian Aerospace show in Hong Kong in the first week of September 2007. The world’s premier aircraft interiors show, already well established in Europe where it attracts over 10,000 visitors each year, made its first appearance in Asia in Hong Kong in September 2005 when it attracted visitors from 53 airlines, mostly from the Asia Pacific region. UKIP Media & Events CEO, Tony Robinson, says: “Aircraft Interiors Expo has become one of the most important airline industry exhibitions anywhere in the world and we feel that coinciding our Asian event with the new Reed Exhibitions aerospace industry show will create an aviation industry exhibition of huge significance. There’s no question that Hong Kong will become the place to be for the commercial aviation business at a technical, engineering and design level, and with the two shows running side by side there will be companies exhibiting the full spectrum of technologies and products for airline constructors and operators.”
The two shows will be operated entirely separately by Reed and UKIP, but visitors will benefit from a ‘one pass for both shows’ arrangement, making it a seamless experience to move between the events.
Aircraft Interiors Expo takes place in Hamburg in April every year where it attracts in excess of 400 exhibitors and the 2007 event in Hong Kong will be the third time of staging of the event in Asia. Show sales director, James Reader, says: “With the huge growth that will take place across the whole of Asia over the coming years and the investment levels envisaged for new aircraft and for upgrading existing aircraft, there is rich market potential for companies that can tailor their interiors products to suit regional customer variations and market requirements.”
Aircraft Interiors Expo exhibitors will be presenting interiors concepts and equipment for the full spectrum of first class, business class and low-cost carriers, and some exhibitors will be presenting products for the private jet and highly specialised VIP sectors.
The 2007 show is already being sold. The original hall at AsiaWorld-Expo sold out straight away, so demand has lead us to open an additional hall. The latest floorplan is available to view online as a pdf. Prices for exhibiting are available on application.
Aircraft Interiors Expo 2007 is moving to Asiaworld-Expo – floorspace is selling out fast. CLICK HERE to book your stand for the 3, 4, 5, 6 September 2007.
