Good call on NWA.  I still have a pile of PTSC -- all "free" shares.  I bought three times and sold over half at just over $1 and I held all the sold shares for over a year (20% cap gains vs. 36+%)  I have waited to buy more for the Markman hearing or a final settlement of the J5 (now J2) issues.  I'm not sure this one ever gets to trial.  The number and quality of IP licenses sold would certainly point toward a PTSC's / TPL victory, but we never know what will happen in a courtroom.

Maybe one day I'll be able to say the same for EDIG.  IMO, if they can sign on one of the legal teams already mentioned in company communications, the market will react.  It is one thing for a company to claim IP used by others, it is a whole 'nutter deal when a credible legal team agrees.  We'll see.
