Handheld technology will permit a vastly extended choice for each passenger and new services, such as internet- browsing, shopping, gambling and connectivity-based services.

Marketing Manager

Operating within a niche Entertainment sector, this innovative, expanding organisation is responsible for developing a totally new leisure concept for the Travel & Tourism market. Enjoying financial and technological support from a FTSE Plc, the business is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to ensure delivery of key business objectives. Your brief includes:

· Control and coordination of varied marketing campaigns
· Optimising and positioning products in the marketplace
· Development of 'brand' awareness
· Devising & delivering marketing plan from concept, execution & delivery
· Assisting with building and refining of content, selection and pricing
· Executing online and offline marketing programmes

With proven experience of running customer promotion and advertising campaigns and working with agencies, you will demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills, excellent analytical ability and a strong grasp of financial issues.

· Provision of financial support to senior management
· Preparation and development of financial/management reporting
· Budgeting, forecasting and business planning
· P&L and balance sheet review and analysis
· Preparation of monthly board pack
· Ensuring robust financial control for new projects

With strong financial/management accounting and analysis skills gained ideally within the Business Services/Travel/Retail sector, you will demonstrate commercial flair, business acumen and the credibility to influence and challenge business direction. Customer Services Director

Enjoying financial and technological support from a FTSE Plc, the business is currently seeking a Customer Service Director to ensure delivery of key business objectives. Your brief includes:

· Delivering validation and launch projects to plan and on time for clients
· Customer relationship management
· Key point of contact with target customers
· Pro-active contract management: highlighting and managing issues
· Driving initiatives to consistently increase passenger satisfaction, passenger penetration and minimising hardware down time and losses
· Ensuring collation & processing of sales and performance data

Demonstrating customer services experience gained within a fast-moving environment, you will possess the ability to operate within both an evolving business and role, with the drive for results and a commitment to excellence. Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills are essential.
