Seeking licensing agreements is the strategy, saving legal actions for  Plan B/IP terrorist approach.

It behooves major corporations to "settle" and "license" rather than draw out a long court action, possibly putting them at risk for larger damages should they lose.  Considering the size of the flash markets, it is their best strategy, assuming there is some validity to EDIG claims.

If the legal teams and Pat Nunally can demonstrate EDIG's early on claim to managing flash pathways etc, it is likely the strategy could work....imo.
