I imagine he wouldn't be there if he was all that bad in doing what he presently does, even with his "so called" family connection which hasn't been proven to me as yet" Having the same last name as another Falk, connected to EDig could be, and I state "could be because I don't know", just a coincidence?? He travels and sells??? among other things and is WB's right hand man.

And to avoid all the howls from the naysayers out there I have to think in a very simplistic manner. Through all the trials and tribulations EDig has experienced (since 1990 when it was NOrris Communications) the DOORS ARE STILL OPEN AND THE LIGHTS ARE STILL ON.

I dislike dilution as much as anyone but what is the alternative? (Doors shut and the light off??) I find it EXTREMELY ENCOURAGING to know there are entities THAT SEE A POTENTIAL IN EDIG AND ARE WILLING TO FUND THIS COMPANY TO THE TUNE OF 8 MIL. That, my friends is a lot of mooola.

Whatever their reasons are I do not believe the money men are stupid or reckless people and would just throw funds at EDig without seeing a pretty good chance of not only getting their intial investment returned but a healthy profit to boot.

Some how the above just seems to scream outloud that EDig will be doing profitable things...
