Unless something significant happens in the interim, I think eDigital will wait until the financials are out mid Feb to update us. I know they talked about an SEC filing but I'm not sure what they would file at this point. I know they feel like they have the upper hand relative to the court ruling but I think there is nothing that can be reported unless or until they have some sort of negotiated settlement with Digecor or decide to continue this lawsuit in court. Any outcome seems dependent on Digecor and how they want to proceed.
