After talking with 2 lawyers that are invested in edigital and have receintly discussed the judges ruling with Putnam I think the easiest way of expressing those conclusions are to read the several posts by legaleagle that are relevant to the ruling and also review murgirls receint posts on the same subject. I also talked with Putnam yesterday which reinforced the conclusions that LE and murgirl have made. I asked him about our legal costs. He said that most of the work was completed in house and the Lawyers just present the casee in court. One of my lawyer friend had estimated the legal costs of a defense like this could cost as much as $250,000. I asked him that and he said no where near....we kept it in budget. I then asked him what our current burn rate was and he said about $185,00 / month with the same # of employees. I believe thats 15. Pat Nunley is considered a consultant.
