That's not what I was saying. I wasn't being that technical. I was pointing out the fact public opinion might be the opposite of what the court actually rules.  The Rodney King trial is another example.  Unless RP is the judge I wouldn't be certain of anything our courts would rule for or against edigital .  On the surface it does seem to me like Digecor are the "twits".  I guess some of the uncertainty will be cleared up in the next edigital SEC filing as RP said.
