I agree with the facts, however I apologize for my ignorance in these matter. I am still confused to the point, "if the 2002 agreement expired Oct, 2002, why was the original 2002 agreement still in force"

It clearly stated the 2nd 2002 agreement, "SUPERCEDED" the original agreement. If the second expired in October why is the oringinal agreement still in effect when it was superceded by the second..

It should have expired also in my feeble brain....
