This is but one item...of a list of required items that went into the DigEplayer...this is for the post production encryption only. It's for handling the files before they get to the player. e.Digital will have to supply the firmware for decryption of the files in the player. It will be up to DigEcor/Triad to implement and supply the OS the player is to use.

With that, e.Digital is supposed to help them get content approval of the studios under this configuration.

If it can not be configured under a PC adoption and does not meet the satisfaction of the studios(IMO it wont).....DigEcore will have to fork up more than the 25K....

For...the last line of what e.Digital is responsible for...

"EDIGITAL will support any needed adjustments to the DRM security to meet the studio needs, if requested. Architectural changes would be outside the scope of these supported changes."
