deal over and have reached a number of personal decisions. Fusion financing is good for e.Digital. The only down side is the inital cost of the "commitment shares" and 12 cent share price. The fact that this financing is not  a "short it and cover" (some definitive prohibitions on Fusion's ability to sell) toxic deal has finally allowed me to decide to jump into the deep end of the pool today. Plan to buy another 50K at or near the open (and another 75K shares of PLRS for the long haul.)  I truly believe edig is going to show serious appreciation in the next 90 days.
