That would seem logical Pam. I am hoping that e.Digital will be more forthcoming with information in the future and we won't have to do quite so much speculating/guessing. I do like the provisions of this financing. The agreement points to a positive outlook of edig on the part of Fusion Capital. As I read it they get a price break on this initial purchase and an additional 250K shares. Any further shares will be at prevailing market price. Gotta go back and read it again to make sure I have this correct.
