I am confused by your caveat...

As noted in my post of 1/05/07, Mssers Rick B. Hoggard and James S. Jardine are already representing EDIG in the FEDERAL COURT in UTAH. There is no issue about their representaion.

Clearly the main issue in that case is EDIG's right to the technology in digEplayer that is protected by EDIG PATENTS...
