Heck, for less than $10K you can own more than a million shares.  I'm not sure their buy-back program will that effective, but it sounds good.

I bought in around 1.6 and again at 1.9.  It is the only 2006 addition to my speculative porfolio -- PTSC was in 2005 and did OK (thanks, Gil)
