That's why I throw it out there, for discussion.  Appreciate your technical perspective.  Gotta love the flash case scenario and how it has evolved over the past 7 years...Now that the markets are well into the billions, it will be great to see who Pat Nunally and company name in e.Digital's PATENT protection efforts.

I hope they don't feel the need to wait until 03-31-07 to step up to the plate...lol
