I think any lump sum we get will be much appreciated and agree that if we find a good enough law firm to win, they are entitled to a generous amount.

I don't, however think that a single payment is appropriate. We should find a firm that will also enable us to collect a royalty on future sales or whatever criteria is used to evaluate the settlement. This would be in addition to a lump sum representing the past activity.

So lets find the right firm and win a few battles.
