looks like it is tied to the PTO....

It's good for a quick review...bring together some very nice information...full text ....text search within  images highlighting the word or name,  makes for a quick prior art review ....along with quick view of  images....Great for folks not wanting or unable to install a compatible image viewer needed to review images on the PTO site.

You can utilize it in conjunction with the PTO site if you need hard copy information , or a more defined search....there is a quick link just under the image that brings you right there.

It's going to bring many new searchers to the PTO....I would say this is the main intent.

I'll use it often.
