How the Dart Group got its name

I find it interesting that Jet2 is a subsidiary of the Dart Group PLC.

and :

  • Channel Express Group PLC changes name to Dart Group PLC to encompass the growth of the Group’s operations. The Group was named after the reliable Rolls Royce Dart engine which powers our Herald and F27 aircraft.
