Nay, you're just being a realist. And, IMO, an accurate one at that.

EDIG's history allows for more than a few moments of cynicism. That's probably healthy for your portfolio. Of course, looking backwards is not going to pull EDIG's pps from the penny stock abyss.

With a little effort and a lot of luck, EDIG may show some signs of life with new eVU customers -- post DigEcor legal ills. My guess is the legal mess will not turn out to be much of an issue, but I'm not an attorney, but I did just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. lol

The IP license is wild card to me. If a credible legal team partners with EDIG, then I will be a big believer. I doubt any solid law firm would take on EDIG's patent cases without a ton of DD.

Until then, it is just noise with no foreseeable upside. One the other hand, IF EDIG has a legal sugar daddy to announce, we could see a nice run.

So, the bottom line is:

It's just another day in the life of wait and see speculative penny stocks.
