MAXjet to up frequency, add new routes

November 20, 2006 – PREMIUM-only transatlantic carrier MAXjet Airways is to increase its London Stansted-Washington Dulles frequency to six times weekly from next March. It is also planning to announce new routes following the addition of two more aircraft to its fleet next year.

The airline, which serves New York and Las Vegas as well as Washington DC, operates Boeing 767-200ERs configured with 102 business-class seats that recline almost fully flat. The service offering also includes IFE delivered via handheld digEcor digEplayers.

Recent enhancements to the MAXjet service include “Arrive and Refresh,” offered in co-operation with the Radisson SAS Hotel at Stansted. Passengers arriving from New York are being offered a free buffet breakfast at the hotel and use of its gym, showers and indoor swimming pool.
