A new product, new and diverse customers/ markets, patent portfolio progress and a revenue stream developing, could the bad breaks be behind this company?

I would love to see a patent infringement suit levied before years end...or at least the targeting of infringers being put on notice for licensing payments/back payments due EDIG....
