Down, but not out

Well, the expected lack of revs seems to have held true with this filing. The fact that Willy was giving specifics about when and how much is a good thing. The fact that they will continue to lose money well into the foreseeable future was probably expected by most, but not on anybody's wish list. No mention of an ASM. Don't be surprised to see another request for shares as they probably can't write and produce enough of the "volume eVU" orders to cover their SG&A expenses over the next six months based on what we currently know EDIG calls "volume." I guess that term is in the eye of the beholder. IMO, the good news is the simple part. They delivered the 1250 digEplayers to digEcor. This does not negate the legal mess, but it certainly demonstrates EDIG acted in good faith as far as their manufacturing oversight. Maycom burned EDIG and now that chapter is history. That's good. We'll see what happens with the rest of the legal mess. Brent Wood is probably not the "live and let live" type. IP license would be good, but it may take a long time. Maybe a very long time. If we had a legal sugar daddy on board today, IMO, we would know it. The fact that we do not, is telling considering the previous "multiple" choices. Again, we'll need to sell a pile of somethings to somebody who will pay us and not sue us. It can happen, but we really need VOLUME John
