As soon as EDIG gets the 1250 digeplayer units ready for delivery they can then deal with digecor's decision, one way or the other. At that time I would expect an official company update on where we go from here based on digecor's decision. Also, Pat Nunally's efforts may come to light for the markets to discern, and should they choose to name a partner/law firm, as they mentioned they would this calendar year, along with names of targeted infringers, I would expect to market to react favorably....and all those buys down here might just work out for us.
