We know the 1250 digeplayer units were in US customs. The question remains whether or not digecor accepts them. The volume doesn't indicate that anyone knows anything but resolution of this matter should be forth coming and either result is a good thing, imo, as IP efforts and action against digecor can move forward....not to mention we should also hear more on EDIG's IP efforts against possible infringers. RP's last comment to me on this was that Pat Nunally was making progress. Could we actually get some good news that changes the face of EDIG? That would be a nice result.
