I was told by RP that EDig DID NOT sell the farm regarding its IP.. I admit to a failure of not asking more detailed questions so I am not really qualified to give inside information here but it is my understanding from talking around this subject that what was proposed and accepted by both parties was a directed, selective approval by EDig to BOW to use EDig's IP for a PARTICULAR purpose only and did not preclude EDig from owning and using its IP for its own business purposes. I hope my understanding is correct.
