Atul has been instrumental in outsourcing engineering talent for cost cutting measures...but now new hires in light of his previous statement on July 1st: ``We are utilizing engineering resources in India for the customization of products based on our technology platforms for our OEM/ODM clients.” AND ``However, we are only adding engineering resources as we generate new business thereby keeping overall expenditures to a minimum.

HOWEVER, on 12-22-04 ATUL states:

``We expect significant business from this latest version of our platform will be announced within the next two quarters. Because of this and other new business developments, we are hiring additional engineering resources to meet increasing business demand.``
