I'm not sure how you come to your conclusion based on that response. The battery tech is certainly not unique but the monitoring software may indeed kindle some interest. Why would they be looking into IP filings regarding battery safety if it was not unique to e.Digital? May or may not be unique...glad the wheels are in motion. I suspect we know something shortly, one way or the other. Seems there might be some interest there, in light of the battery issues of the day.
