LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Qsound Laboratories, Inc. (QSND) said it has completed a private placement of $2 million worth of common shares and warrants. The developer of audio and voice software solutions said it has issued 347,826 common shares and warrants to purchase up to 139,130 common shares at the exercise price of $9.12 per share, exercisable for a five-year period.
