Should EDIG formally announce it is moving forward on a contingency basis with its IP efforts and it names a specific law firm, any concerns regarding its short term survival would be muted, imo.

Yep, I can`t imagine a credible law firm wanting to fight for a company they believe will be going out of business. I trust this is not a nightmare, just a good dream.

Now, we just need Willy and gang to announce...something, anything will do. Let us know they are still alive and well and selling stuff. Plus, a little mention of things to come would be welcomed. If EDIG is going to have another stinkeroo Q report, tell us now. We can certainly take that news. If they are already ``shipping in volume`` to yet un-named customers, that would be good to know.
