Should EDIG formally announce it is moving forward on a contingency basis with its IP efforts and it names a specific law firm, any concerns regarding its short term survival would be muted, imo.

Success on that front makes EDIG a cash cow and its legal representation very well compensated....not to mention its shareholders from this point forward.

Investor interest certainly will be peaked in the event they take the next step and announce the first infringers.

It doesn`t take a genius to monetize these markets: cell phones, PDA/Pocket PC, portable A/V recorders, digital cameras, camcorders, and other portable device industries while considering recent press accounts of IP infringement settlements.
