I know there are as many answers as there are cases involving IP. However, the PTSC case seemed to have about a year from ``notice`` given to infringers to any real forward steps. PTSC had the added problem with a dispute over their legal representation. It took just over three years for PTSC to get their first agreement & check, but well worth the wait, IMO.
Any way to put a range of time for public information to either move forward with a law suit (not preferred, IMO) or working with the mean ole copy cats to get a license deal and cash in the EDIG piggy bank (preferred, IMO)?????
If EDIG has a reasonable chance to get a nickel or two within 18 months, that would be good news, IMO.
