With all the orders digecor claims to be booking, it would seem the damages could be mounting.
Yet digecor has not delivered a single player since last year...could the ``enhanced`` eVU supplant the digeplayerXT or would digecor just have to pay EDIG royalties on digeplayerXT sales?
This decision may be a harbinger as infringers appear to be everywhere there is flash in portable devices.
Any court decision strengthening and defining EDIG`s right to its technology certainly would help future negotiations.
