The Court probably asked the parties for briefs on the merits of the inunctions sought by them, and EDIG

attorneys covered the contingency that digecor lawyers would be raising the fact that they got to PATENT OFFICE first...

We should see some ruling from the Court on the injunctions

soon. Then the parties have to duke it out in trial. I just do not see BW doing the good business man thingy, and settle with EDIG. In which case it puts him in the top ten
