As I see it, the decision to file this interference request may signal that eDigital has decided on a lawfirm to partner with. The very nature of what is transpiring here seems very relavant to our partnering with a lawfirm to represent our Intelectual Property. It make sense that we persue this interference and associated litigation with our ultimate partner in law.
