Is a wish list with no technical descriptions....it can be implemented under any technical offerings available.

IMO...this is going to be a tough fight for e.Digital with regard to the following statement...

``The Company believes both patent applications are based upon proprietary security and encryption methods developed by e.Digital. The Company believes that these methods are used in the digEplayer 5500™.``

e.Digital may prove their case technically...pointing out their exact technical involvement...the problem is Henson does not itemize technical involvement....for that it can be said that the application in process can be implemented under other technicals.
