September 12, 2006; Miami Beach – HANDHELD IFE market leader digEcor announced here today that it had added Australian low-cost carrier Jetstar Airways and national carrier Pakistan International to its lengthening customer list.

Both have chosen the new digEplayer XT, deliveries of which are due to begin this autumn. Jetstar plans to introduce the handhelds on the first of six new long-haul Airbus A330-200s from this November, with its domestic fleet of 24 A320s following from January. PIA will fly the digEplayers on its Airbus A310s and Boeing 777s, also from November.
