Seems like airport arrival information would be a valuable asset in the marketing of portable IFE. I also noted an emphasis on the battery protection feature of the enhanced eVu. I`m sure they are playing off of the concerns experienced by Dell and their Lithium Ion battery recall of about a month ago. The battery monitoring features they claim, would require more than a months worth of development. Given the additional features of the enhanced eVu it would seem like the second generation player has been in development for many months, perhaps more than a year. I agree with Paul about the need to sell something, but it could very well be that the various trials fed into the development of this enhanced version and orders may very well be pending the launch of this player.....Then again.....
