Pam has been deeply involved in the inflight entertainment industry since it began. She is highly respected and has developed strong relationships with many airlines and their suppliers across the globe. She is currently responsible for negotiating over $65 million of feature film bookings on behalf of Spafax clients and has launched numerous award-winning inflight entertainment concepts and programmes. Pam joined Spafax in 1998 as a Director of Business Development and now heads the Entertainment division. Previously Pam was at Sony Trans Com (now Rockwell Collins) where for over 18 years she managed entertainment customer services in Europe and then later transferred to the California headquarters to oversee their services for 75 airlines.
