First you state this...

then follow it with this...

Blakeley has not been on board for a full year yet, but chooses to invest his personal capital to increase his share position. Considering we have had very poor quarterly results in terms of revenues, why would he choose to spend his own money at his time?

I think it is quite clear. Had there been no positive developments after his first year at the helm and in light of the poor quarterlies to date, it would not have been logical or wise for him to invest his own money.

And he does have alternatives...he could have resigned or just stayed on to collect his paycheck.

I just happen to like alternative he selected.
