I don`t see it as a scandal. EDIG needs to make its case so that consumer electronic companies know who they need to pay, plain and simple,imo. Regardless of how you view it, thank goodness EDIG has done what it has taken to stay afloat so that investors like you and I might just see the technology that was so attractive back in `99, get acknowleged.

Certainly we could not have hoped for more lucrative markets to be targeting than the handheld consumer electronics ``flash`` markets of the past few decades, whether that be camcorders, cell phones, MP3 players or digital cameras.
