Somewhere along the line you have to catch them utilizing the ideas...and have the ability to prove it.

IMO...the sooner the better.

There was nothing to pursue 10 years ago...or four years ago....IMO, very little with any real identify able traits at present.

The similarities of e.Digitals technology are just now starting to surface...such as Igloo.

e.Digital, if successful at proving infringement now, will ride a full wave of flash progression.
