What we know from the 3 PRs.

Stated booked orders of 1 mil (during October) + 1.2 mil (during November) = 2.2 million in revenue. We don’t know if all of it will be accounted for in Q3 or some in Q4.

10/28/04………1st PR

The company also announced it has received over $1 million in orders in the first month of its third fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2004 with further orders expected. e.Digital has received over $500,000 in deposits to date on the orders.

Note: The further orders were probably the orders mentioned in 11/15 PR

11/15/04………2nd PR

The company also announced it has received an IFE order totaling more than $1.2 million from APS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wencor (APS/Wencor). With this order, e.Digital currently has over $2.2 million in total booked orders with further orders expected this quarter

We don’t k now if these further orders ever materialized.

12/22/04………..3rd PR

today announced it expects revenues and advance payments, on purchase orders for products scheduled to ship next quarter, of over $2.2 million for the quarter ending December 31, 2004 with further business growth expected in the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2005.

Another maybe on expected orders, may not have happened. Don’t forget that International airline that may not follow up with orders for any more airplanes after the trial, which may not have been successful?

Conclusion: We know about actual revenue of 2.2 million for the combined Q3 & Q4. In addition, only speculation, about any growth based on actual statements from the company.

That’s my take on the issue.
