Okay, I`ve read the guidance of Dec 22 over and over, with added focus on the subject of the PR (``e.Digital Corporation Expects Business Growth in Final Quarters of Fiscal 2005``) and see where they`d have a ligitiment ``out`` with their language (though I still find it deceiving). It still seems to me that they could have worded this better if the intent were not to create an expectation.... The revenue recogition game is one that should not be played.
