view the ARM intervention as favorable for PTSC because it dramatically ups the ante, or will the market say ``Now you`ve done it! You`ve PO`ed a gorilla`` and sell off. I personally look for a small bump followed by a fall back with little if any net change. I guess what I expect is MOTS (more of the same). GLTA
