I like the idea of getting the meanest SOB lawyers on the planet a.k.a, Hughie, Doem, and Screwum Hard. Believe me, I have had the misfortune to sit across from these legal eagles (present company excluded) and they are as advertised. Not a fun filled day when in the deposition hot seat.

So, let`s see Wencor and Sony on the same side and let ole Brent do his thing. I think the entertainment value would go WAY up.

I do wish we had a decent idea of the time frame to get (select???? would be nice) a legal team to represent EDIG patents if they are going to be represented at all. My guess is somebody is working hard to convince a credible firm of the value included in those patents.

Let`s hope they are correct because the short term looks a bit on the ugly side. I will not be surprised if EDIG is forced to go back to the printing press for some additional cash relief. I wish I were wrong, but I doubt it.

The good news is a settlement with Wencor could show us some revenue from our latest eVU toy. Sellin` stuff that I can touch is still a really good idea for Willy and gang.
