My reference to ``little pop`` was a bit of sarcasm (new material! LOL), as I would think it would deserve a substantial rise in PPS, which (after a reasonable and probable pull-back) could actually be sustained. Seems they`d announce an agreement with a law firm first, before announcing any specific actions. Even that announcement, if with a high-caliber firm as you suggest, would be good for a solid move northward. You`re right, the wording of the last release did appear much more specific than in the past, implying that the patent reviews may have been successful/fruitful, and that the identified types of products may indeed be infringing. And those products with their removable flash, etc., have by now adequately ``proliferated``.

Of course the other promising part of the release in this regard was, as you, I and others have pointed out, the fact that apparently the law firm(s) they`re talking to may take on the effort on a contingency basis. THAT is very telling.

Unfortunately, all this is pure conjecture at this point, as we`re guilty of ``reading too much in`` in the past, and the wording could easily been designed for this effect. But if we hear of an agreement/deal with a law firm or, better yet, that they`ve submitted a claim to a large potential infringer - the Holy Grail - the conjecture would largely evaporate.

For all we KNOW we may be very close (I`d better lock down my answer to the question ``What`s your favorite colour?`` I KNOW my name and my quest! LOL), but could still be months away (if ever).

Well, I`ve fired my new writer - sarcasm doesn`t cut it! I`m falling back on Monte! LOL So while we wait, I`ll just hang out here in the Castle Anthrax!
