The toddler`s signing is a wonderful way to communicate before words are learned. To sign ``I`m hungry`` sure beats the child`s crying and not being able to figure out what is wrong -- pain, hunger, temperature, etc. I have seen it work, and the ``more`` sign was significant in regart to feeding time.
